ヨガ資格取得スクールアールユーシーヨガアカデミーの在校生、卒業生によるレッスンです。1レッスン60分500円（現金のみ） スクールで指導者になるため約10ヶ月勉強し指導スキルがあるとスクールが認めたインストラクターがレッスン致します。 初心者　身体の硬い方にも満足して頂けるレッスンです。不定期開催です。 【こんな方におすすめ】 ・ヨガ初めての方 ・身体が硬いかた ・難しいポーズに不安がある方 ・気軽にヨガを体験してみたい方 【スケジュール】 不定期 This is an online trial lesson by current students and graduates of the adjacent yoga school.
