I was worried about whether my body would be able to move as it was my first exercise after giving birth, but the teacher kindly monitored my physical condition and proceeded with the exercise, so I was able to participate without any problems. I was very happy to be able to participate with my baby, and it was also interesting to have a different skinship experience than usual.
