Join our English Yoga classes ・Every Monday at 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM ・Fridays at 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (irregular schedule) These classes will guide you through movements that develop strength and flexibility, while helping you build a deeper connection between your body, mind, and breath. You will also deepen your understanding of yoga postures and learn the basics of body alignment, making it a great class for both beginners and experienced practitioners. If you’re ready to get moving, grab your mat and join us! ⸻ 英語でヨガ 月曜16:30〜17:30 (毎週) 金曜17:30〜18:30(不定期) 強さと柔軟性を養いながら、身体・心・呼吸のつながりを深めていく時間を過ごしましょう。 ヨガのポーズや身体の基本的なアライメントについても学べる内容なので、初心者の方にも経験者の方にもおすすめです。 マットの上でお会いしましょう!
