Feature of this studio
Our studio is located a few minutes away from Marunouchi line and
Toei Oedo line Nakanosakaue station where is 2 or 3 stops away from Shinjuku station by walk.
Small and Cozy, semi-private like studio in room temperature.
D.studio has an adjoining registerd yoga school RUC YOGA ACADEMY where people learn how to teach yoga. (RYS200&RYS300&RPYT)
Yoga mat, belt and the other props for this lesson are all included.
Just bring your comfortable clothes and any drink for hydration.
(Bottled water are also available.)

I used to lived in Hong Kong for seven years and traveled around the world as a cabin crew. I enjoyed the moment to share quality time doing yoga with friends
even cannot communicate in language. Living alone in overseas away from your home and friends sometime feel lonely. I would love to create a space to connect the people who love to do yoga together. Residence and travelers are both welcome!
You can choose walk-in style or Those who want to come regularly can join for monthly discount membership.
